  I hired Eco Cleaning for a move-out cleaning from my NYC apartment and had a great experience. They were super helpful and quick to respond from start to finish, and their pricing is very competitive.

My landlord messed up the dates for painting, so the painters were there when the cleaner arrived, but she was really nice about it and did everything she could. Management was also awesome and didn't charge me for the full time since minimal work could be done. I really appreciated that. Would hire again!

  Had the best maid service and she was exceptionally kind, asking to check everything. The rug technician forgot a rug and they sent another one immediately the next day. Great service. For the service and the price it was worth it. The most annoying and frustrating part was dealing with the company who called you constantly throughout the cleaning process. People have jobs and cannot be expected to answer calls for constant updates. Do the job and send the bill, instead of annoying your customers with constant phone calls!

  Other cleaners we had booked cancelled at the last minute. Eco cleaning accommodated us at the last minute. They were extremely responsive, were able to send the cleaning lady within an hour. She was also polite and quick. We needed to hand over keys by a certain time, so we requested her to try and complete by that time and she did! Extremely thankful! And the price was also competitive, unlike many other cleaners!

  Good general cleaning for a one bedroom and two bath. Nice female who did a good job.
